- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
-
In a bowl, mix together crumbled tofu, sliced scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, ginger powder, and garlic powder.
-
In a separate bowl, mix together flour and salt. Slowly add hot water and stir until a dough forms.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the pancakes until crispy and golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
