How To Make Instant Pot Japanese Ramen Recipe
This is a delicious and hearty bowl of homemade ramen that will satisfy your cravings in no time!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 4 cups of low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 lb of pork tenderloin, sliced
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of mirin
- 1 cup of shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 2 large eggs, boiled and sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds and nori sheets for garnish
Instructions

Press the SAUTE button on the Instant Pot and add the sesame oil, garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant.

Add the pork tenderloin and cook for 3-4 minutes or until browned on all sides.

Add the chicken broth, soy sauce, mirin and shiitake mushrooms. Stir well.

Lock the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to HIGH PRESSURE for 8 minutes.

Once the pressure is released, carefully open the lid and add the ramen noodles. Cover the pot and let it sit for 3-4 minutes or until the noodles are cooked.

Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with sliced boiled eggs, green onions, sesame seeds, and nori sheets.
