How To Make Wolfgang Puck Apple Strudel Recipe
This classic dessert is made with flaky phyllo dough, juicy apples, and warm spices.

Ingredients
- 6 medium granny smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 8 sheets phyllo dough, thawed
- Powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.

Brush a 9×13-inch baking dish with melted butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Lay one sheet of phyllo dough in the dish and brush with melted butter. Repeat with remaining sheets, brushing each layer with butter.

Spoon the apple mixture along one long side of the phyllo dough, leaving a 2-inch border. Roll up the dough tightly, tucking in the ends as you go.

Brush the top of the strudel with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and crisp.

Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving with a dusting of powdered sugar.
