How To Make The Border Fish Tacos Recipe
Delicious tacos made with seasoned fish, fresh veggies, and a tangy lime crema sauce.

Ingredients
- -1 lb. tilapia fillets
- -1 tbsp olive oil
- -2 tbsp taco seasoning
- -8 small corn tortillas
- -1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- -1 avocado, sliced
- -1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- -1/2 red onion, sliced
- -Lime wedges, for serving
- For the Lime Crema Sauce:
- -1/2 cup sour cream
- -1/4 cup mayonnaise
- -2 tbsp lime juice
- -1/4 tsp garlic powder
- -Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Brush each tilapia fillet with olive oil and sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides.

Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.

While the fish is cooking, prepare the lime crema sauce by mixing together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat the tortillas on a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side, or until warm and slightly toasted.

To assemble the tacos, place a few pieces of cooked fish onto each tortilla, and top with cilantro, avocado, lettuce, red onion, and a spoonful of lime crema sauce.

Serve with lime wedges on the side.
