How To Make Lone Star Loaded Baked Potato Recipe
A hearty and flavorful baked potato loaded with bacon, cheese, and all the fixings.

Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Wash and dry potatoes. Poke each potato several times with a fork. Rub with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes, until tender.

Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

Carefully slice open each potato and fluff the inside with a fork. Add bacon and cheddar cheese.

Place potatoes back in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Top with sour cream and chopped chives.
