Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for rolling)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet until fully mixed.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in remaining granulated sugar. Place cookies 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet.
