Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, milk, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into golf ball sized meatballs.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

In batches, brown the meatballs on all sides, then place them onto a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
