How To Make Debra’s Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 8-oz blocks cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a small bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream.

Pour cream cheese mixture into prepared crust. Tap pan on counter to release any air bubbles.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown and the center is almost set.

Allow cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled and firm, about 3 hours or overnight.
