How To Make Cicis Breadsticks Recipe
Homemade breadsticks that are perfect as a snack, appetizer or side dish.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup warm water
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

Pour in warm water and olive oil and mix until dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.

Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape, about 1/4 inch thickness.

Melt 2 tbsp of butter and brush over the dough.

Sprinkle minced garlic, oregano, and parmesan cheese.

Cut into strips and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
