How To Make Chi-Chi’s Tostadas Recipe
This Mexican dish is perfect for a quick, tasty meal.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 4 tostada shells
- 1 can of refried beans
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned. Add taco seasoning and mix well.

Spread refried beans evenly over each tostada shell. Add ground beef on top of the beans.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the ground beef and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tostada is crispy.

Add diced tomatoes, onions, and cilantro on top of each tostada.
