How To Make Chi-Chi’s Churros Recipe
Crispy and fluffy fried dough covered in cinnamon sugar – a classic Mexican treat.

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions

In a large saucepan, bring water, butter, and salt to a boil.

Reduce heat and stir in flour until dough forms.

Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition until smooth.

In a separate bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot until it reaches 375°F.

Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.

Carefully pipe 4-inch strips of dough into hot oil, frying until golden brown.

Remove from oil and allow to drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
