  • ½cupchocolate chips,semi-sweet
  • cupflaked coconut
  • cupbrown sugar
  • ¾cupwhite sugar
  • cupcocoa powder,unsweetened
  • cupsall-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. In a 1-quart jar, layer the ingredients in the order in which they are listed. Be sure to pack down each layer firmly.

  3. To prepare the brownies, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8×8-inch pan.

  4. In a medium bowl, combine 2 eggs,⅔ cup of vegetable oil, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix well.

  5. Gradually stir in the contents of the jar until everything is well blended. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
