How To Make No-Bake Chocolate Pie

This chocolate pie requires absolutely no baking! Perfect for a quick and easy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Whipped cream and chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.

  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth it out with a spatula.

  4. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours or until it’s set.

  5. Optional: top the pie with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
