How To Make Mint Chocolate Chip Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Green food coloring (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake pie crust for 10 minutes.

In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream, sugar, and mint leaves until sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until melted.

In a bowl, combine beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and food coloring (if using).

Slowly pour chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
