Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Bake the pie crust for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

  3. In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers.

  4. Remove from heat and add in the dark chocolate, butter, vanilla extract, and salt.

  5. Whisk until smooth and pour the mixture into the pie crust.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the ganache firms up.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
