  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth.

  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  4. Gradually stir in heavy cream until fully combined.

  5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted.

  6. Add chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and mix until fully combined.

  7. Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust.

  8. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 250°F and bake for an additional 50 minutes.

  9. Turn off oven and leave pie in oven with door closed for 1 hour.

  10. Chill pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
