How To Make Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2cupsalmond milk
  • ½cupvanilla Greek-style yogurt
  • ¼cupbutter,melted
  • 2tspvanilla extract
  • cupsgluten-free flour blend
  • 1cupgluten-free chocolate chips
  • ¼cupgluten-free oat flour
  • 3tbspwhite sugar
  • tspbaking powder
  • ¼tspsalt

Instructions

  1. Preheat a waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  2. Whisk the milk, yogurt, butter, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.

  3. Mix the gluten-free flour, chocolate chips, oat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.

  4. Stir the milk mixture into the flour mixture until well incorporated. Let the batter stand for about 10 minutes.

  5. Pour ½ cup of batter onto the preheated iron, then bake for about 3 minutes until crisp and golden according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

  6. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
