- 1tsp.pure vanilla extract
- 1/3cupcoconut oil,melted
- 1cupreduced fat coconut milk
- 1/3cuplow fat milk
- coconut flakes
- Coconut Whipped Cream
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornflour, sweetener, and salt. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients. Whisk until just combined and smooth.

Allow batter to rest while heating up your waffle iron.
