How To Make Egg Naan Toast

An simple breakfast that’ll sure to fuel your mornings! This wonderful egg naan toast is perfect for those who’d wish to spruce up their breakfasts.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 25 minutes
Total: 40 minutes



  • 1tbspsalted butter
  • 2eggs
  • 3tbspparmesan cheeseshredded
  • 1mini naan
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pinchred pepper flakes
  • ¼cuparugula


  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium low heat.

  2. Crack eggs into skillet and scramble into the butter. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. When eggs are set but still somewhat loose, push to the side and add the naan to the side of the pan to warm

  4. Top naan with 2 tablespoons of parmesan, and spoon scrambled eggs on top of the cheesy naan.

  5. Top with remaining tablespoon of parmesan and red pepper flakes

  6. Cover skillet for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until the naan bottom is toasted and the cheese is melted. Top with arugula and serve

  7. Enjoy!
