How To Make Crustless Ham and Swiss Quiche
This Swiss quiche is a great meal for a light breakfast made with leftover ham or ham steak, broccoli, and Swiss Cheese baked to your desired texture.

Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 1¾cupsham steak,or leftover ham, diced
- 1cupbroccoli,fresh or frozen, chopped, steamed
- 1cupSwiss cheese,fresh, grated
- ⅔cup2% Milk
- ¼cupHalf & Half cream
- 5large eggs
- ½tspkosher salt
- ⅛tspground black pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions

Preheat the to 350 degrees F. Spray a pie dish with oil.

Evenly spread the broccoli in the dish and top it evenly with the ham.

Make the custard mixture by whisking together the milk, half and half, eggs, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.

Pour the custard into the dish and top with Swiss cheese.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the center is set.

Cut the quiche into 6 pieces and serve.
