How To Make Pumpkin Spice Pancakes with Pumpkin Butter
Have an Autumn breakfast meal with these scrumptious pumpkin spice pancakes! Cook and serve these flavored pancakes up in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1cupwhole wheat flour
- 2tspbaking powder
- ¼tspsalt
- ½tspCinnamon
- ½tsppumpkin pie spice
- ¼cuppumpkin butter,or canned pumpkin
- 1tbspbrown sugar
- 1cup1% milk
- 3large egg whites
- 2tspoil
- 1tspvanilla
- butter flavor cooking spray
- ½cuppumpkin butter,for topping
Instructions

Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.

Combine the milk, egg whites and pumpkin butter in a bowl, then mix until smooth.

Combine the wet ingredients with the dry, then mix well with a spoon until there are no more dry spots. Don’t over-mix.

Heat a large skillet on medium heat.

Spray the oil to lightly coat, then pour ¼ cup of the pancake batter.

When the pancake starts to bubble and the edges begin to set, flip the pancakes.

Repeat with the remainder of the batter.

Top each serving with an additional 2 tablespoons of pumpkin butter.
