How To Make Coco Crepes
Start your day right with these delightful coco crepes that are filled with Greek yogurt, granola cereal, and bananas, for a delicious bite.
Ingredients
- 1¼ cups chocolate milk, reduced-fat
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup egg product, refrigerated
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, strawberry flavored
- ½ cup Kellogg's® Low Fat Granola Original Multi-Grain cereal, without raisins
- 1 medium banana, ripe, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or combination, sliced, fresh
- 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 2 tbsp almonds, toasted, slivered
Instructions

Whisk together milk, flour, and egg product in a medium bowl until smooth.

Heat an 8-inch skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. For each crepe, pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet. Lift and tilt skillet to form a thin layer. Return to heat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until edge is set. Turn and cook another side for about 30 seconds.

Repeat with the remaining batter to make a total of 8 crepes, brushing skillet with vegetable oil, if necessary.

Stir together yogurt and Kellogg's Low Fat Granola Original Multi-Grain cereal in a small bowl. Spoon down center of crepes. Top with banana slices. Roll up.

Place 2 filled crepes on each serving plate. Top with berries and powdered sugar. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with almonds.
