Coco Crepes Recipe

How To Make Coco Crepes

Start your day right with these delightful coco crepes that are filled with Greek yogurt, granola cereal, and bananas, for a delicious bite.

Prep: 25 mins
Cook: 20 mins
Total: 45 mins

  • cups chocolate milk, reduced-fat
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup egg product, refrigerated
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, strawberry flavored
  • ½ cup Kellogg's® Low Fat Granola Original Multi-Grain cereal, without raisins
  • 1 medium banana, ripe, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or combination, sliced, fresh
  • 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 2 tbsp almonds, toasted, slivered

  1. Whisk together milk, flour, and egg product in a medium bowl until smooth.

  2. Heat an 8-inch skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. For each crepe, pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet. Lift and tilt skillet to form a thin layer. Return to heat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until edge is set. Turn and cook another side for about 30 seconds.

  3. Repeat with the remaining batter to make a total of 8 crepes, brushing skillet with vegetable oil, if necessary.

  4. Stir together yogurt and Kellogg's Low Fat Granola Original Multi-Grain cereal in a small bowl. Spoon down center of crepes. Top with banana slices. Roll up.

  5. Place 2 filled crepes on each serving plate. Top with berries and powdered sugar. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with almonds.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
