How To Make Coco Crepes
Start your day right with these delightful coco crepes that are filled with Greek yogurt, granola cereal, and bananas, for a delicious bite.
Whisk together milk, flour, and egg product in a medium bowl until smooth.
Heat an 8-inch skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. For each crepe, pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet. Lift and tilt skillet to form a thin layer. Return to heat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until edge is set. Turn and cook another side for about 30 seconds.
Repeat with the remaining batter to make a total of 8 crepes, brushing skillet with vegetable oil, if necessary.
Stir together yogurt and Kellogg's Low Fat Granola Original Multi-Grain cereal in a small bowl. Spoon down center of crepes. Top with banana slices. Roll up.
Place 2 filled crepes on each serving plate. Top with berries and powdered sugar. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with almonds.
Serve and enjoy.
