How To Make Cauliflower Hash Browns
Cauliflower hash browns are a healthy and low carb take on typical breakfast hash browns. Each deliciously crunchy bite is made with tasty Cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
- ½headcauliflower,grated
- ½cupextra sharp cheddar cheese,shredded
- 1large egg,beaten
- ¼cuppanko bread crumbs
- ⅛cupgreen onion,chopped
- ¾tspsalt
- ¼tspground black pepper
- ¼tspsmoked paprika
- 1tbspextra virgin olive oil
Instructions

Place grated cauliflower, Cheddar cheese, egg, panko, green onion, salt, pepper, and paprika in a large bowl. Mix until combined; mixture will be very crumbly.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Scoop up some of the cauliflower mixture using an ice cream scoop; pat into a flat patty.

Gently place the patty in the hot oil; reduce heat to medium. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Cook for about 5 minutes per side until a golden-brown crust forms. Remove to a platter and serve immediately.
