How To Make Trail Mix Granola Rolls
Enjoy a quick snack or breakfast on-the-go with these Trail Mix Granola Rolls, packed with peanuts, oats, and raisins, peanut butter, and honey!

Ingredients
- 3cupsrolled oats
- 1cupchunky peanut butter
- ¾cuphoney
- 1tspkosher salt
- 1cupraisin
- 1cuppeanuts
- 1cupgolden raisin
Instructions

Toast the oats in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown and fragrant.

Remove the pan from the heat and let the oats cool.

Melt the peanut butter and honey together in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until pourable and smooth.

Stir in the salt, then remove the pot from the heat.

Transfer the peanut butter mixture to a large bowl.

Add the toasted oats, raisins, peanuts, and golden raisins.

Stir until well coated.

Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and roll into a log, pressing together.

Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, up to overnight.

Remove the roll from the freezer and slice into 24 pieces.

The slices will keep in the freezer for up to 1 month, or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
