How To Make Trail Mix Granola Rolls

Enjoy a quick snack or breakfast on-the-go with these Trail Mix Granola Rolls, packed with peanuts, oats, and raisins, peanut butter, and honey!

  • 3cupsrolled oats
  • 1cupchunky peanut butter
  • ¾cuphoney
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • 1cupraisin
  • 1cuppeanuts
  • 1cupgolden raisin


  1. Toast the oats in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown and fragrant.

  2. Remove the pan from the heat and let the oats cool.

  3. Melt the peanut butter and honey together in a small saucepan over medium heat for about 2 minutes, until pourable and smooth.

  4. Stir in the salt, then remove the pot from the heat.

  5. Transfer the peanut butter mixture to a large bowl.

  6. Add the toasted oats, raisins, peanuts, and golden raisins.

  7. Stir until well coated.

  8. Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and roll into a log, pressing together.

  9. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, up to overnight.

  10. Remove the roll from the freezer and slice into 24 pieces.
