How To Make Nutty Baked Granola
Start your day with a healthy and filling baked granola! It’s packed with spiced and toasted rolled oats and nuts, tossed with honey, for a tastier meal.

Ingredients
- 4cupsregular rolled oats
- ¾cupnuts,like pecans, pistachios, walnuts, chopped
- ¼cupseeds,like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds
- 2tbspapple pie spice,or pumpkin pie spice
- ¼tspsalt
- ¼cupcoconut oil
- ½cuphoney,or pure maple syrup
- 1Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Rich Milk Chocolate Powdered Drink Mix
- 1cupdried fruit,like raisins, dried cherries, or dried cranberries
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Lightly grease a 15x10x1-inch baking pan, then set aside.

In large bowl, combine the oats, coarsely chopped nuts, seeds, apple pie spice, and salt, then set aside.

In a small saucepan, combine the coconut oil and honey until the coconut butter melts. Stir in the Carnation Breakfast Essentials Rich Milk Chocolate Powdered Drink Mix.

Drizzle over the oats mixture, then toss to coat. Spread evenly in the prepared pan.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until light brown, stirring after every 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

Stir in the dried fruit, then spread the granola on a large piece of foil to cool.

Serve with milk or yogurt, and enjoy!
