How To Make Spinach Artichoke Bread
Baked over a slice of French bread, this spinach artichoke bread combines parmesan cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese for a delicious and easy appetizer.

- ½cupsour cream
- ½cupmayonnaise
- 8ozcream cheese,divided
- 1cupparmesan cheese
- 1tspgarlic,minced
- 1cupspinach,frozen, thawed, drained
- 8ozartichoke hearts,drained, chopped
- 1cupmozzarella cheese
- 1french bread loaf
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix the sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic until smooth. Stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.

Place the bread, cut sides up, onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the spinach artichoke mixture evenly over the bread slices. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 10 minutes, then broiling during the last minute.
