How To Make Sourdough Biscuits

Delicious and fluffy biscuits made with sourdough starter for added tang.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sourdough starter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda.

  3. Mix in the sourdough starter, milk, and melted butter until a dough forms.

  4. Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter.

  5. Place biscuits on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.

  6. Serve warm.
