How To Make Sourdough Biscuits
Delicious and fluffy biscuits made with sourdough starter for added tang.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup sourdough starter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda.

Mix in the sourdough starter, milk, and melted butter until a dough forms.

Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter.

Place biscuits on a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.

Serve warm.
