How To Make Rolo Stuffed Cookie Dough Bites
You won’t get enough of these delicious snickerdoodle cookie dough bites with a bit of a surprise brought by a Rolo candy stuffed inside each dough ball!

Ingredients
- 1½cupsall-purpose flour,heat treated
- 1tspcinnamon,plus an additional ¾ tsp
- ⅛tspnutmeg
- ¼tspsalt
- ½cupsalted butter,softened
- ⅔cuplight brown sugar,packed
- ¼cupgranulated sugar,plus an additional 3 tbsp
- ¼tspcream of tartar,optional
- 3tbspheavy cream
- 1½tspvanilla extract
- 28Rolo candies
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, set aside.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, whip together the butter, brown sugar, ¼ cup of granulated sugar, and cream of tartar for about 4 minutes until pale and fluffy.

Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar and ¾ teaspoon of cinnamon.

Scoop the dough out evenly 1 tablespoon at a time, then press one Rolo candy into the center of the scooped dough, and roll into a ball.

Roll each dough ball into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Chill or serve immediately.
