How To Make Gluten-Free Banana Nut Bread
This gluten-free banana nut bread will be a great addition to your health recipe arsenal. It’s soft, moist, and crunchy with a distinct banana taste.

Ingredients
- 7ripe bananas,medium, mashed
- ½cupapple sauce,unsweetened
- 2½cupsBob’s Red Mill gluten free flour,all purpose or brown rice
- 1½tspbaking soda
- ½tspsalt
- 4tbspbutter,softened
- 1cuplight brown sugar,unpacked
- 4egg whites,large
- 1tspvanilla extract
- ¾cupwalnuts,chopped
- baking spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray two 8×5-inch nonstick loaf pans with baking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda. and salt with a wire whisk. Set aside.

In a large bowl cream butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Add egg whites, bananas, apple sauce and vanilla, and beat at medium speed until thick. Scrape down sides of the bowl.

Add flour mixture and walnuts, then blend at low speed until combined. Careful not to over mix.

Pour batter into loaf pans and bake on the center rack for 45 to 50 minutes.

Let the pan cool at least 20 minutes to bring it to room temperature before slicing.
