How To Make Easy Bread Pudding

  • 10Artesano Golden Wheat Bread,slices
  • ½cupraisins
  • 3eggs
  • cupslight cream
  • ¼cupbrown sugar
  • ¼cupwhite sugar
  • 1tspvanilla
  • 1tspcinnamon powder
  • 2tbspbutter,melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Butter an 8-inch baking dish.

  3. Cut bread into 1-inch pieces, then place them on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 4 minutes, or until slightly dried. Allow to cool.

  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bread.

  7. Add the raisins, then toss lightly with hands.

  8. Place the bread mixture in the baking dish. Drizzle butter over the mixture.

  9. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

  10. Serve warm, and enjoy!
