  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, minced
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ciabatta bread, (or Italian bread), sliced into 10 pieces
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

For Garnish:

  • basil leaf

Instructions

  1. Toss diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  3. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over each bread slice.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes or until the bread starts to crisp.
  5. Pour tomato mixture into a serving dish and serve alongside the toasted bread slices.
  6. Garnish with basil, and enjoy!
