Bisquick Sausage and Egg Breakfast Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage of your choice, mild, removed from its casing, and chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups pancake mix, preferably Bisquick
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • cooking spray

To Serve:

  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Combine all the ingredients together and roll into small balls, roughly 1 oz each and a little smaller than a golf ball. Place the balls on a greased baking sheet with cooking spray.

  3. Bake until golden brown, usually about 15 to 18 minutes.

  4. Serve the balls warm with ketchup and ranch or any of your chosen savory condiments.
