Bisquick Sausage and Egg Breakfast Balls Recipe

Bisquick Sausage and Egg Breakfast Balls Recipe

  • 1 lb mild sausage (loose, not linked)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 3 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 16 oz cheddar cheese (shredded )
  1. Mix the sausage, egg and Bisquick together.

  2. Add the shredded cheese. Roll into small balls, a little smaller than a golf ball. They will expand as they cook.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Cook until golden brown, usually about 15-18 minutes.

  4. Serve the balls warm. A good condiment could be ketchup for a savory effect or warm maple syrup for a sweet breakfast taste.
