How To Make Barbecue Chicken French Bread
This French bread recipe has a delicious barbecue chicken topping that features avocado, cilantro, cheese, and ranch dressing, too.

- 1loaffrench bread
- 3cupschicken,cubed
- 1cupsBBQ sauce
- 3cupsmozzarella cheese
- ¼cupcilantro,chopped
- 1avocado,diced
- ranch dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Toss chicken in BBQ sauce (use more or less if desired). Cut the french bread in half length-wise and spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce on each piece of bread.

Top with about 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, and add BBQ chicken.

Turn to Broil and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Once out, add cilantro, avocado and drizzle with ranch dressing. Cut into slices and serve.
