How To Make Apple-Cinnamon Cream Cheese Swirl Loaf
Ingredients
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 15.6 oz apple cinnamon bread mix or cranberry quick bread mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- 1 egg

Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

While your oven warms up, generously grease the bottom portion of an 8x4 or 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Next, in a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and egg. Beat them at medium speed for about 1 minute until they form a smooth mixture. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir them for 50 to 75 strokes using a spoon until a moist mixture is formed.

Pour half of the batter into the greased pan, then pour the filling over the batter. Spread the filling to cover the entire batter.

Pour the remaining batter over the filling. To produce marbling, pull a knife through the batter in wide curves. Afterward, turn the pan and repeat.

Bake the mixture in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 65-75 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow your loaf to cool for 15 minutes before removing it from the pan. Once it's cooled, wrap it tightly and store it in the refrigerator for later use.
