How To Make Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Poppers

A quick and easy bacon cheddar jalapeno appetizer recipe that only requires 3 ingredients!

  • 16 oz cheddar cheese
  • 6 jalapeno peppers (seeded and halved)
  • 12 slices bacon
  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Cut cheddar cheese into 12 slices long enough to fit inside the jalapeno halves.

  3. Insert cheese slices into the halves.
  4. Wrap the jalapeno halves with the bacon slices, securing with a toothpick, if necessary.
  5. Place on a medium baking sheet.
  6. Broil for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the bacon is evenly brown.
