How To Make Orange Creamsicle Popcorn

You can make use of any left-over orange extract with sweetened condensed milk and easily mix in fluffy marshmallows for this orange creamsicle popcorn.

Ingredients

  • 1cuppopcorn kernals,unpopped
  • ½cupbutter
  • 1cansweetened condensed milk
  • ¼cupcream
  • 1cupgranulated sugar
  • tspsalt
  • 1tbsporange,zest
  • 4cupsminiature marshmallows
  • 1tsporange,extract

Instructions

  1. Pop popcorn into two very large mixing bowls set aside. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, cream, sugar, salt, and orange zest.

  2. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring frequently. Boil mixture for one and a half minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

  3. Add in marshmallows and stir until melted. Mix in orange extract. Divide warm mixture evenly over two bowls of popcorn and toss with a spatula to coat. Allow resting for 20 minutes to set.
