How To Make Herb-Spiced Mixed Nuts
Munch on these simple yet addicting mixed nuts tossed with melted butter, maple syrup, and a blend of herbs for a sweet and salty snack.

Ingredients
- 1cuppecans,or more
- 1cupwalnuts,or more
- 1cupalmonds,or more
- 2tbspunsalted butter,or olive oil, or coconut oil
- 1tbsprosemary,chopped
- 1tbspsage,chopped
- 1tbspthyme,chopped
- ¼tspcayenne pepper
- 2tbspmaple syrup
- 1tspkosher salt
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Place the nuts on an ungreased, rimmed baking sheet and toast them for about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the oven to cool slightly.

Melt the butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat and add the rosemary, sage, thyme, cayenne, maple syrup, and salt. If using oil, gently and briefly warm it as well.

Using a spatula, toss the warm nuts in a medium bowl with the melted herbs and butter until the nuts are coated.
