
How To Make Cheese Fries
These cheese fries are served with two kinds of melted cheese as toppings, as well as a sprinkling of crispy bacon and fresh herbs.

Ingredients
- 32ozfrench fries,frozen
- 2cupscheddar cheese,shredded
- 1cupmozzarella cheese,shredded
- ¾cupbacon,cooked and crumbled
- ¼cupgreen onions,sliced
- 2tbspparsley,chopped
- ¾cupranch dressing
Instructions

Cook the french fries in the oven on a sheet pan according to package directions.

Remove the pan of fries from the oven. Turn the oven heat to 400 degrees F.

The fries can be finished on a sheet pan, or transferred to a skillet for a restaurant-style presentation.

Sprinkle the cheeses over the fries.

Return the fries to the oven. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Sprinkle the bacon, green onions and parsley over the fries.

Serve immediately with ranch dressing on the side, or drizzle the ranch over the fries.
