How To Make Baked French Fries
These cheese fries are served with two kinds of melted cheese as toppings, as well as a sprinkling of crispy bacon and fresh herbs

Ingredients
- 4mediumRusset potatoes,scrubbed and cut into ⅜-inch wide sticks
- ¼cupoil,(such as vegetable oil or peanut oil)
- ½tsponion powder
- ½tspgarlic powder
- ½tspsmoked paprika
- 2tspsalt
- ½tsppepper
- 1tbspfresh parsley,chopped
- Cooking spray
Instructions

Place the potato sticks in a bowl of cold water. Let the potatoes soak for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat the foil with cooking spray.

Place the potatoes in a large bowl along with the oil, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

Stir well until the potatoes are completely coated in oil and spices.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
