Ground pork sausage is mixed with sharp cheddar cheese and biscuit mix to make this super easy three-ingredient recipe for sausage balls.

  • 1lbpork sausage,ground
  • 2cupsbiscuit baking mix
  • 1lbsharp cheddar cheese,shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the sausage with the baking mix well then add in the cheddar and mix well.

  3. Roll into 2 tablespoon-sized balls and place on a baking sheet and cook for 20 to 22 minutes.
