How To Make Fried Ravioli
Cheese-filled ravioli are turned into crispy, golden-brown beauties with this fried ravioli recipe. Dip in marinara sauce for a perfect eating experience.

Ingredients
- 20ozcheese raviolirefrigerated
- 2eggs
- ⅓cupmilk
- 2cupsItalian breadcrumbs
- oilfor frying
- ¼cupParmesan Cheesegrated
- 1tbspparsleychopped
- marinara saucefor serving
Instructions

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Place the eggs and milk in a small bowl, and whisk until thoroughly combined.

Place the breadcrumbs on a plate or in a shallow bowl.

Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then roll into the breadcrumbs. Repeat the process with all of the raviolis. Place the raviolis in a single layer on the sheet pan.

Heat 3 inches of oil in a deep pot to 350 degrees F.

Add 6 to 8 pieces of ravioli to the pan, and fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until browned all over.

Repeat the process with the remaining raviolis.

Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley, and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
