How To Make Cheesy Sausage Balls

You only need three ingredients to make these easy, cheesy sausage balls! Match this with garlic-seasoned sour cream mustard dip to complete every bite.

Ingredients

  • 2cupsbiscuit mix
  • 6cupssharp cheddar cheese,shredded
  • 1lbground pork sausage

For Dip:

  • 3tbspmayonnaise
  • 3tbspsour cream
  • 1tbspgrainy dijon mustard,or regular dijon
  • tspgarlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all dip ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  3. Combine biscuit mix, cheese and ground sausage in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until mixture is moist and holds together.

  4. Using a 1 tablespoon scoop, form into balls.

  5. Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
