How To Make Bacon Pinwheels

Put together a cheesy and savory appetizer with this easy pinwheels recipe! They’re loaded with bacon and cheese, and rolled in a flaky puff pastry.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 25 minutes



  • 2puff pastry sheets,thawed
  • cupscheddar cheese,shredded
  • 12bacon strips,raw
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspcoarse ground black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Unfold the puff pastry sheets and line with bacon. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.

  3. Roll-up, starting with a long side, then pinch seam to seal. Cut into ½-inch slices to yield 48 pieces.

  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
