How To Make Bacon Brown Sugar Smokies
This smokies recipe takes the humble sausage, wraps it in bacon, rolls it in brown sugar then bakes everything to sticky and crispy perfection.

- 1pkgBeef Smokies,or other mini hot dogs
- 1lbbacon,cut in half crosswise
- 1cupbrown sugar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut bacon in half and wrap each strip around a little smokie sausage.

Roll in the brown sugar, packing on the sugar onto the ends.

Line the pan with foil.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and the brown sugar is all bubbly.
