A take on the classic deviled eggs recipe with a twist from the Chinese palate. Enojy the smoothe mixture of yolks and mushroom sauce, boosted with the savory flavors of soy sauce and ginger.

Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. mushroom sauce
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 2 tbsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. After peeling hard-boiled eggs, cut them the long way.
  2. Rinse and core the yolk.
  3. Mix yolk with mushroom sauce, soy sauce, ginger and paprika.
  4. Stuff the whites.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
