How To Make Cheddar Bacon Pistachio Cheeseball
This cheeseball recipe is filled with all the good things- bacon, cheddar, and pistachios- that it’s sure to be a hit at your next dinner party.

- 8ozcream cheese,softened
- 1½cupssharp cheddar cheese,grated
- ½tspseasoning salt
- ½tsponion powder
- ½tspgarlic powder
- 1tspworcestershire sauce
- 6slicesbacon,cooked and crumbled
- 2tbspparsley,chopped
- ⅓cuppistachios,coarsely chopped

In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well blended. Fold in the cooked and crumbled bacon and chopped parsley.

Form the cheese into a ball and roll into the pistachios. Refrigerate until serving.
