How To Make Garden Fresh Bruschetta
This bruschetta recipe is an Italian-inspired fresh and summery appetizer of toasted garlic bread loaded with juicy tomatoes and fresh basil.

Ingredients
- 24ozfresh tomatoes,(4 to 5 roma tomatoes or 3 to 4 regular tomatoes), diced small
- 1clovegarlic,minced
- ¼cupfresh basil,chopped finely
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1tbspred wine vinegar
- ½tspsalt,or to taste
- ½tsppepper,or to taste
For Serving:
- 1baguette
- olive oil,for toasting
- fresh garlic clove,for toasting
Instructions

Dice tomatoes about ¼ inches and lightly drain.

Mix all ingredients and let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.

Slice the baguette, brush with olive oil and toast or grill until lightly browned. Rub each toasted slice baguette with a clove of raw garlic.
