Ingredients

  • 1 lb Calamari cut into rings
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a bowl, combine the calamari, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Toss to combine.

  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the calamari, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side.

  4. Place the tortillas directly on the oven rack and bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly toasted.

  5. In a small bowl, combine the shredded cabbage with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.

  6. To assemble the tacos, divide the calamari between the tortillas and top with the cabbage mixture. Squeeze lime wedge over the top.
