How To Make Copycat Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits
A crusted biscuit that's soft and dense in the inside. The dough is mixed with cheddar cheese and buttermilk while the top is brushed with a garlic butter seafood mix.

Ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- ¾ cup buttermilk
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅙ tsp bay seafood seasoning
Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Mix biscuit mix, milk and cheese together in a large bowl until a soft dough forms.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.

Mix butter, garlic, and seafood seasoning together in a medium-sized bowl.
- Brush over warm biscuits before removing from baking sheet.
